While working with Whiteboard CRM, I was tasked with designing a
new CRM from scratch that would specialize in the mortgage industry. While designing the
software, I spent time with the top producing loan officers across the United States,
studying their processes to generate a proper solution to Marketing, UI & UX.

active loans, get quick status updates, and continue providing excellent customer service even when they
are out of the office.

Product Influencers
I helped create a mini-series of webinars that featured top-industry producers after giving them a
month of using the Whiteboard CRM product for free.
We monitored their interactions and made sure to give them the best support possible, leading them to
successes of 110%-200% increase in production volumes.
We used the influence of these producers to help us sign up new clients. We even offered the
influencers a commission from every sign-up that came through their webinar.

The Whiteboard CRM product has many moving parts and does a significant amount of processes for an
entire team. This was a big undertaking to create a streamlined system that had many user tests to
narrow it down to what it is today.
